Hi here’s a really bad scan of a small (3 1/2” x 3”) acrylic painting of Tobys wonderful pup at his parents house I did as part of his birthday present.

Egon Schiele- Sailboats in Wellenbewegtem Water

The genius of this painting is in the reflection of the masts in the water.  Any painter would’ve broken up the lines like they would’ve been realistically in the ripples.  Connecting them into squiggles was so much better!  Egon Schiele is better known for his self portraits, but I prefer his landscapes by far.
